Well, this is the last book in the Rebel Blue Ranch series and honestly I am sooooo happy they are done. Maybe I am not in the mood for contemporary romance right now but I also wasn’t feeling this book either (flash back to the Emily Henry book I just read).

I can’t even remember if I even liked the other books in this series but I feel like I am boreddd. Sure they are all different but also they are all the same? Or maybe it’s more the formula that I am bored of. Oh well, this was it so I don’t have to worry about it anymore.

Now lets get to it.

Cam is in her wedding dress but she has no groom to meet her at the end of the aisle. Off she runs to the dive bar in town and is DRINKING. There she runs into her high school boyfriend she is def still in love with and he is DEF still in love with her.

They run away for the day and have the time of their lives or something. Although, when they get back she asks that they don’t talk about it again and not really talk to each other.

Oops, she moved into a house and he is the grounds keeper so they are interacting a lot more

They slowly become friends again and obviously start building bigger feelings for each other. When the damn breaks they hook up and kinda get into a relationship.

She is nearing the end of her lease at the house and tells the guy that she wants to buy the house from the lady who is renting it.

Surprise! He actually owns the house and apparently bought it because of her (cause they have good memories there from when they were together as high schoolers).

She gets pissed at him for hiding it and runs away. Her friends tell her she is stupid for being mad, she forgives him, and they get together actually and eventually get married.

There was not a whole lot of plot for this one lol. I mean there are a few things I didn’t include but really they don’t matter for knowing how the book goes and how it ends.

SOOOO happy that this book is over. I am proud of myself though for reading ANOTHER book on my 2nd quarter book goal. I have three more and idk if I’ll be able to get to them in time. I kinda forgot that I had a goal and got really into listening to music. We will see if two of the three will be available at the library soon and then hopefully I can pump them out.
