This is exactly what is sounds like. A list of books that I want to read that I am pulling off my Goodreads TBR.

BTW, my book goal for this year is 100 books. As of right now I have read 22 books and currently 1 book behind schedule.

Unfortunately for me, I don’t put in my extra smut books that I read, even if they exist on Goodreads, all due to shame. Also because I don’t want anyone to know what my weird interests are…

Anyways, I will list the top 5 books I want to read for the second quarter of 2025.

  1. I Leave It Up To You by Jinwoo Chong
    • A man who was in a coma after two years and decides to go back to his family he hasn’t seen for almost ten. This book is about a man reconnecting with his family and accepting what comes next.
  2. Slapstick or Lonesome No More! by Kurt Vonnegut Jr.
    • A silly and insane book about a post apocalyptic US following the leader through life and struggles. (Honestly it is hard to find a short actual summary of this book but when I read the back cover I was gagged).
  3. Wild and Wrangled by Lyla Sage
    • Okay so this is the 4th book in the series. It is a silly little cowboy romance series and I love them. You aren’t allowed to judge me.
  4. Great Big Beautiful Life by Emily Henry
    • I have no idea what this is about but it’s a romance and its written by Emily Henry and I almost always love her books.
  5. The 100-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared by Jonas Jonasson
    • Just about a crazy cool old guy who isn’t ready to be stuck in a nursing home and wants to go do more. So he does.

RIP some of these images are CRAP, but I am just grabbing them off of google images so what else could I expect.

EDIT: 10.14.25, I am a crazy person and made my own book covers for everything (as in a traced over what already exists but now they are all the same sizes)

Two of these books aren’t actually released yet but should be by the end of April so hopefully I can get my hands on them before the end of June.

Bye.
