I have had a hard time getting myself to write about the books I have read lately. I read a whole lot of books that the beginning of the year that I haven’t out down in here yet.

I actually haven’t been reading a whole lot of books lately, there have been other things that are taking up my attention and time. For the 1st quarter goals, I believe that I have read 3/5 and I doubt I will be getting those other two read in time and that is okay. I will set 2nd quarter goals though cause it is another thing that keeps me going.

The other day I was driving back to Colorado from Oklahoma and finally decided to start listening to some artists again. He showed them to me but I just missed them so much.

One of these artists is Devon Again. In the time that I wasn’t listening to music, she released an ep and there is a song I go crazy wild for. I also like…. really relate to it.

overagain has consumed all my waking moments. I am trying not to reply it over and over (and overagain) but it is so difficult to be normal about it.

The chorus gets me, the way she sings ‘I see you‘ just tickles my brain and also girl these lyrics

I have been making a playlist as I come across songs that I have really been relating to. It builds slowly since it’s just as I listen to music again. Sometimes it’s the entire song, sometimes it is just a few lines. Looking at it I lol because its mostly Lizzy McAlpine, Devon Again, and Olivia Rodrigo.

I have also made this playlist of all the random music that I like (or this is weird/interesting) also loling because when I listen to this I will skip SEVERAL songs at this point. I am just in the mood for nothing too crazy but like crazy in a way that I like.

I have been showed Wet Leg in the last week and have been really boppin to their newest album. This person was disappointed in my lack of music knowledge, but honestly I thought they were weirder because they don’t know some of the most popular artists of the 2020s.

This is the person that I made the “homework” playlist for but also I don’t think I have too many songs from the most popular artists of the 2020s in there.
