guuys I gave this a 3.5 but also I don’t feel like I liked it all that much? But also now, the plot of the book is coming back to me and I guess it wasn’t that bad??

Well, I retold a part of this story to a friend of mine like it was a read thing that happened to someone I know so I feel like that’s a little silly.

A widow has a kid and they fight the whole books until the end. I cannot remember what she does for work but I feel like it was working at a book store or coffee shop somewhere? Her brother is a movie star and a recovering alcoholic. I don’t know what the parents do but I don’t think they are that integral in this story.

The brother flies out FMC and her daughter. There she meets a friend of her brothers and they fffuuccckkk.

When she goes back to Montana they talk for a little bit but eventually it stops and she is disappointed. But brother and two friends show up (one is cute actor boy) and they start to talk and become friends again and also start to build a relationship. Although FMC spent most of the movie trying to keep it a secret which made cute actor man sad.

Turns out her daughter is gay and thats a small side plot but it comes up bc the cute actor man is bi and they bond over that.

Cute actor man gets a big role and ends up having to bail on brothers play. He leaves FMC heart broken, but eventually he comes back after turning down the movie and they end up together in the end, happily ever after. Oh also her and her daughter bond better and become more chill with each other.
